Inspired by the powerful effects of yoga on the body, mind and spirit, Cameron has been practicing yoga for the last 8 years. She enjoys the creativity and fluidity of vinyasa yoga and appreciates it as a tool to promote increased awareness, personal transformation and spiritual growth. Her classes integrate meditation and breathwork into a relaxing yet vigorous physical practice to facilitate each individual’s yoga journey.
Cameron’s introduction to teaching yoga was through Tranquil Space, where she completed the 33 hour Level 1 training in January of 2008. In March 2009 Cameron completed her 200-hour certification with Faith Hunter of Shakti Mind Body Studio in Washington DC and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Cameron is currently an instructor at Balance Gym, RESULTS Gym and teaches yoga to DC youth through the Infinity Wellness Foundation. She also has experience teaching both private, small group and corporate yoga.
2011 Rates:
Private Session: $95 (60 minutes) or $120 (75 minutes)
Small Group: Base rate +$15 for each additional person.
